Elif Nese Çelik

Elif Celik, a graduate of Istanbul University's Faculty of Pharmacy, joined Eczacıbasi Group in 1993. She worked in various companies within the Healthcare Division for more than 25 years, most being the multinational JV’s and in executive roles. Lastly she carried the Executive Vice President role for the Eczacıbaşı Healthcare Division, being responsible for 5 companies and over 1000 employees. By end of 2018, Elif Celik decided to start her private career and established 'ThreeD Strategic Management and Leadership Consultancy', with the aim to reflect her experience and acumen to a wider business scope. She is also an independent Board Member of Kurtsan Holding, Kurtsan Pharmaceuticals, Kurtsan Medical and Otacı Herbal Products companies, Member of the Advisory Board of Izmir Biomedicine and Genome Center and Board Member of the Women on Board Association. Being a key influencer in healthcare industry, Çelik was selected as an honoree in the 2017 global list of "40 Women to Watch over 40" by Forbes, for her work on the ‘Integrated Health Model’. She is also listed among the "50 Most Powerful Women CEOs in Turkey" by Economist magazine between 2012-2018. Çelik is a founding partner of THINKHEALTH Platform, a unique initiative for healthcare industry, established in 2020.
Süha Üstünel
FOUNDING PARTNER
Süha Üstünel is a senior professional on Finance, Corporate Governance and Compliance. He was graduated from Istanbul Erkek High School, holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and MBA from the same University, where he majored in Business Engineering, Marketing, and Consumer Behavior. Süha worked for Unilever, Henkel and Roche Pharma for over 25 years. During his corporate career, Süha provided objective assurance for all stakeholders and implemented a disciplined approach to evaluate the effectiveness of corporate governance. Süha held a key role in ensuring risk-informed and consequential decision-making. He conducted several operational and organizational effectiveness and efficiency reviews and acted independently with the business understanding to enable sustainable growth. He decided to end his corporate career in May 2109 with the aim to transfer his expertise into added value and reach wider audiences. Süha demonstrates confidence in positive challenging of status quo and mindsets. He is a founding partner of THINKHEALTH Platform, a unique initiative for healthcare industry, established in 2020.

Lal Örnek Yükeb
FOUNDING PARTNER
Lal Yükeb began her career as Product Manager in Ciba Geigy, then continued as Marketing Manager in Novartis Consumer Health/OTC Division, followed by Business Unit Manager role in Eczacıbaşı Pharmaceuticals. She was named one of the “Most Successful 100 Marketing Managers’’ by Capital Magazine. In 2004, Lal re-joined Novartis, as OTC Division General Manager. Her latest corporate roles were in Roche Pharmaceuticals as Business Unit Director where she held growing responsibilities over the years; managed Primary care BU, Rheumatology, Osteoporosis, Virology BU and finally Oncology BU. She was also appointed as Acting General Manager of Roche Turkey in 2013.
Starting from her career at Roche, Lal had an active interest in Coaching, thus she took multiple trainings and acted as an internal coach. In 2015, she decided to start her private career through executive coaching and business mentoring. She carried a free-lance senior consultant role in atrain GmbH, a company with strong expertise in assessment and development centers. Lal carries a BA degree in Economics, from 9 Eylul University and MBA degree from Ä°stanbul University. She is a certified coach and a Gestalt practitioner, also a founding member and General Secretary of BizBizze Association. She is a founding partner of THINKHEALTH Platform, a unique initiative for healthcare industry, established in 2020.
Tamer Güller
FOUNDING PARTNER
Senior professional with significant experience in pharma industry at executive level, Tamer carried the role of country CFO at Roche for thirteen years, being active member of both local executive committee and EEMEA regional Finance leadership team. During his charge as CFO, he successfully moved the company to ‘Best in Class’ level in terms of net trade working capital and opex ratio improvement within the concept of ‘Operational Excellence’.​ Tamer contributed at affiliate level to global strategy change of the company. He took active roles in key divestment and business partnership projects, such as divestment of Vitamins division to DSM, OTC division to Bayer, Manufacturing Plant to Sandoz, Mature Products to East Pharma and Marketing Partnerships with local pharma companies which have required high involvement, efficient communication and negotiation.​ Throughout his professional career, he received many awards on high quality financial reporting, excellence in innovation and business partnering. He was also honored by prestigious global CEO award with a unique awareness project on business risks. He is a founding partner of THINKHEALTH Platform, a unique initiative for healthcare industry, established in 2020.
